Roshni is a consultant in the governance and strategic management of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) in European and global organisations. She has leadership experience in creating, implementing, and evaluating EDI and transformation programmes. She has expertise in leveraging the behavioural sciences to drive Inclusive Leadership, innovation and performance, especially in life science institutes.
Prior to her consultancy work, she worked as an academic for ten years and remains Honorary Associate Professor of the University of Nottingham, UK. She was Head of the EDI Office at the European Molecular Biology Lab (EMBL) for two years in Heidelberg. She is currently a consultant for a number of European organisations and sits on EDI Advisory Boards.
Roshni holds a PhD in the Social Sciences from the University of Leeds, a CIPD Level 7 Award in Learning and Development and a LSE Executive Certificate in Inclusive Leadership through Behavioural Science.
