Roshni is a strategy consultant, executive coach, facilitator and speaker in the fields of inclusive leadership development, transformation and innovation. She has worked with a range of international organisations across sectors and industries for over twenty years and supported leaders and teams globally through both in-house and consultancy roles. Roshni has a strategic understanding of EDI as business critical to organisational growth and innovation.

Roshni drives transformation journeys that serve to connect the dots between representation, inclusion, enhanced organisational performance and innovation. She has sector expertise in biomedical research institutes, intergovernmental organisations and the private sector globally. Additionally, Roshni sits on a number of institutional advisory boards in Europe.

Roshni is a consultant in the governance and strategic management of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) in European and global organisations. She has leadership experience in creating, implementing, and evaluating EDI and transformation programmes, and expertise in leveraging the behavioural sciences to drive Inclusive Leadership, innovation and performance, especially in life science institutes.

Prior to her consultancy work, Roshni worked in academia and remains Honorary Associate Professor of the University of Nottingham, UK.  Roshni was also formerly Head of the EDI Office at the European Molecular Biology Lab (EMBL). She holds a PhD in the Social Sciences from the University of Leeds, a CIPD Level 7 Award in Learning and Development and a LSE Executive Certificate in Inclusive Leadership through Behavioural Science.

Roshni has consulted at organisations including The African Union, CNRS, CERN, European Commission Directorates, European Energy Exchange, HSBC, Institute of Molecular Medicine and the Max Delbruck Centre for Molecular Medicine.
