This workshop highlights the essential qualities needed to negotiate successfully. We look at the most effective approaches and strategies for negotiating in the modern business context. And by understanding the critical stages of the process, we can then put into place the tactics that produce the best possible outcome.    


Professional Business Writing

In the modern business world, we all need to be able to read correspondence accurately and then construct clear and concise written communication. So, how can we do this when English is not our native language?

This interactive workshop is designed to look at the fundamentals of effective writing. We cover the importance of planning written communication in terms of vocabulary, grammar and structure. We then focus on the practical skills of producing relevant examples of business writing. 


Time Management

Time stops for no Man - nor Woman. Time is money. So, how can we best manage the time we have at work? 

This workshop focusses on self-management and getting into good habits when it comes to time at the workplace. We look at best practice in terms of "time-savers" and avoiding "time-wasters." There is an emphasis on prioritisation.
